K-12 initiative strives to provide students with the absolute best learning experience available. We not only serve our community, but we are our community.  More than 60% of our staff are alumni from our pipeline and come from the Kansas City area.  We are made up of members of the community from all walks of life, cultures, and professions. Some of these include, but are not limited to; doctors, engineers, professors, computer scientists, architects, nurses, teachers, and faculty. Together, the team works collaboratively to provide interactive small group learning to work with students to help them grow both professionally, socially, and emotionally.
