One of my concerns is high blood pressure.  To do this, I need to avoid stress, eat right, and to exercise daily.  I am also concerned with becoming out of, shape.  To (do) avoid this, I should run, play sports, or continue to stay active in my day to day life.  Lung problems are also a concern on my mind.  To avoid this, I plan to run and stay away from smoke.  These are my concerns and ways to avoid these concerns.

I do tend to be a couch potato so I would like to continue to work on eating healty and keeping strong lungs and a heart.  I will start with eating less junk food and more green and healthy foods.  To keep a strong heart and lungs, I will work out regularly and try to avoid situations where I am around smokers.  I will also improve my performance in my favorite sports:  tennis and soccer.

I have only one concern and that is asthma.  My family has had asthma in the past.  One way I can prevent this is getting normal checkups.  Exercise regularly and staying healthy.  One thing I want to keep is strong lungs and another is strong heart.  I will do this by exercising, staying away from a lot of smoke, normal checkups, and a good diet.  So, I really don’t have cardiopulmonary concerns.

Lately I’ve been watching what I eat.  I don’t lok at the labels, though  I look at how healthy I eat.  I’ve been more energetic since I’ve been exercising and moving more.  I once had a bad sleeping habit.  I slept for 17 hours daily, but I found that was very bad.

My cardiopulmonary concerns are smoking, lung cancer, and diabetes.  To improve my prevention plan for diabetes, since it’s in my family, I will have a healthier diet, exercise daily, and get enough sleep.  To improve my prevention for lung disease, I will not smoke, have a good diet, and know what I am being exposed to.  Another concern I want to prevent is second-hand smoke.  I will not get close to smoke by going to more free areas and I will encourage the people I know to quit smoking.  Those are my cardiopulmonary concerns I will try to prevent.
