Angelica Cisneros

 Born  and grew up in Cuernavaca Morelos, Mexico. Attended UAEM University of Morelos and major in Biology. Centro de Divulgacion de la Ciencia CEDIAC  (Center of Science ) where work with elementary and middle school teachers to create science programs for the public schools and Department of Education, on Saturdays worked with children in the library of the community in Cuernavaca. I have a son Francisco who is 17 now and is a High school Seniro and married to Juan Cisneros for 32 years. We move to San Diego CA. Having a fascination for plants, I was certified as a Nursery Person. Where I was able to identified plants and diseases as well a to recommend the solution treatment for the problem.  Mainly with Ornamental and fruit trees and some orchards. By mid 1990's my family and I moved to Kansas City Mo. And work for KCMSD in the ESL (English as Second Language) department in high and middle school level until 2000. In this year began working for KCKSD and the ESL department as well for the following 8 years as a Migrant recruiter and Parent Educator. In this year I met Ms. Marcia Pomeroy and Ursula Carrillo  they learn about my background and passion in science and invited me to participate in the program on Saturday Science Academy and two years later participated in the Summer science Academy as well since then. From 2007-09 worked for Family Advocacy Department. At this time my home school now is Rosedale Middle.
 Science has being always my passion, however most of my professional life I have worked science in the education field.
